Dwayne Johnson is up at 3:00 a.m.!!! (so they say…) And is supposedly drinking a glass of water or coffee right when he wakes up! It is then said that he does 30 to 50 minutes of cardio, eats breakfast which for him is usually eggs, oatmeal, or fruit. Then it is rumored that he then works out for 2 whole hours to lift weights (INTENSE!) until he drinks a shake, until he takes a cold shower to aid his muscles. I wouldn’t be able to do that… EVER!!!
